Once installed, from within whatever program you used to create your document, select the print option from the file menu, just as you would to print to your inket or laser printer. Pinnacle Graphic Communications will be listed as one of your print drivers along with your inkjet or laser printer. Simply select the Pinnacle driver and hit OK. That’s it! Your print job will be transformed into an industry standard PDF file, transmitted directly to our secure website, and available for immediate proofing … it’s "What You See is What You Get" printing!

Send a File) we'll ask you for your contact information. We'll use your information to create a free Online Print Center account and send your account information to the e-mail address you provide. We'll also log you into the system, and keep you logged in for up to one year unless you specifically logout. (You'll want to logout if you are accessing the Online Print Center through a "public" computer.)

Each time you

Send a File, a job ticket is created for you. The job ticket provides you and Pinnacle Graphic Communications with a way to communicate about all aspects of your job as it moves through our system. You may add files to the job ticket at any time, and we'll use it to add proofs for your review when necessary. The job ticket also allows both of us to add notes to the job at any time, which helps ensure we can keep each other up to date with important information about your project.
Our instant online pricing module allows visitors to enter job parameters for a wide variety of standard printing products, and see their price immediately. For non-standard items, visitors can enter a quick estimate request form with all of the job details , and our customer service staff will contact you with a custom price quote. Our online catalogs for imprinted promotional products, imprinted apparel, and greeting cards also include instant pricing.
Online ordering through our website has never been easier. Re-order items from your
document library, select one of our standard print products from a drop down menu, or enter your custom job parameters using our quick order form. Send your print files via our
secure file transfer system. Choose from a variety of payment options, including all major credit cards. Then sit back and let us do the rest.
For our regular customers, the document library is a great way to streamline the reordering process. You will have access to a secure library of items we produce for you on a regular basis. You can view thumbnail images of all items in your library, select one, enlarge to a full screen PDF for proofing, see your reorder pricing, and place your order directly from your computer.
